When you’re part of a supportive community, things feel easier. Struggling with injury? You can talk to someone about your frustrations and remain engaged with sport, even if you can’t practice right now. Got an awkward question about saddle sores? Someone will know the answer and help you conquer your embarrassment, it’s happened to us all.

Team Headset represents the spirit of co-operation and unity that can sometimes feel lacking when you are training and racing on your own. We aren’t a race team, we are a collective of like minded athletes, some of whom are coached by Natalie and others who want to share their knowledge and experience to support and inspire others.

Check out the Team’s articles on Health & Science, Training and Inspiration as well as some tasty Recipes if you’re feeling peckish and tales of our Adventures. This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a varied and motivating brew of advice, tales and lessons learned.

Who are Team Headset?

Phoebe Sneddon

photo-2020-01-10-09-58-13-1.jpgPhoebe is a peadiatric  doctor working in the NHS and racing for Magspeed Racing. Phoebe has a three year old daughter and there is not much she doesn’t know about juggling a demanding career, training, racing and a little girl with bounds of energy.

Phoebe has covered a wide range of scientific and medical topics for us around pregnancy, motherhood and bikes.

Phoebe races cyclocross in the winter as she has a sadistic love of mud and cold.

Diane Lee

Di is our prdianeleeo triathlete. She competes at Xterra off road triathlons as well as XC MTB and cyclocross. On top of all this Di runs her own coaching business and teaches swimming and personal training.

Diane is an outstanding athlete, whatever sport she turns her hand to. She will be talking us through all topics triathlon related as well as all those key aspects to keeping yourself injury free.

Natalie Creswick

31157063_199888794131697_2743774814064869376_nNatalie works in child protection but she is also a qualified cycling and triathlon coach helping numerous athletes achieve their goals.

Nat has a superb racing pedigree. There aren’t many disciplines she hasn’t excelled at including  living as a pro cyclist in Europe. Nat is our go to girl for all things training and racing related. She is also a superb baker.

Eimear Toomey

EimearEimear is a hardened triathlete with races across all the disciplines under her belt from Ironman, 70.3, Olympic and Sprint. Her determination to get to the finish line, whatever hurdles come her way, is unrivaled.

In 2020 Eimear is swapping the runners and goggles for more time on the bike and  we can’t wait to see the result. She’s gonna be a strong ‘un!

Emma O’Neile

EmmaEmma is a relative newcomer to triathlon but has already represented GB as an age grouper (while working full-time & studying for a Masters) and picked up podiums on her way.

Emma always has a smile on her face, even if the training is tough and is a pro at getting up at the crack of dawn to fit everything in while the rest of us are still snoozing.
