If, like me, you’re feeling a bit cut off from your usual training and socialising routine, join one of my FREE Team Headset Social Distancing Turbo Sessions. The beauty is that anyone on a turbo or rollers can join in. You don’t need any fancy indoor cycling kit.
You can use:
- A basic turbo with no heart rate or power data
- A turbo and speed, cadence or power sensors
- A Smart Turbo
- Zwift
- Rollers
You pedal from the comfort of your own home, I call out what to do, how and when, as well as shouting words of encouragement. You can find support and friendship from others in the class while maintaining and developing fitness & strength. I will lead the session over the Zoom App and if you have Zwift, you can also join us on our group ride.

Session Days and Times
Sessions will begin on Monday 30th March 2020 and will continue for 12 weeks as a minimum. The sessions are FREE.

To join us you will need (alongside a turbo or rollers):
- The Zoom app
- Headphones or a speaker (with a microphone if you also want to join the chat)
If you are also joining us on Zwift (optional) you will need:

- Zwift Companion App – To join our meet up (This is different to the usual Zwift App)
